Quebec COVID-19 cases shoot past 200,000 to end 2020 reporting a record 2,819 in 24 hours

Quebec reported Thursday that 202,641 people have now tested positive for COVID-19 in the province, and 8,226 people have died due to the disease since the start of the pandemic.
