In this long-term care home, almost everyone is vaccinated — and life is opening up

For nearly a year, the residents of Chester Village long-term care in Toronto have lived a life of restrictions, put in place to keep them safe from COVID-19. But now that all have received both of their vaccine shots, life is starting to open up again.
