New rules requiring a negative COVID-19 test at the U.S. border go into effect Monday

The next phase of Ottawa’s new travel restrictions take effect on Monday, when non-essential travellers crossing into Canada by land will have to prove they’ve tested negative for COVID-19 in the past 72 hours.
