Quebec comedian Mike Ward heads to the Supreme Court after making singer with disability butt of joke

Quebec comedian Mike Ward will appear in front of Canada’s Supreme Court on Monday to appeal a hefty fine for a joke he made 10 years ago which some call offensive.
