After sharing a photo of herself holding her newborn baby, singer and songwriter Summer Walker is facing heat from fans accusing her of not adequately feeding her baby, according to multiple reports.

Walker first shared an image to her account of her carrying her newborn daughter, who appears to be drinking from a bottle. The child’s face is covered by several plant emojis—seemingly to protect her identity.

People were quick to roast the singer, who had also shared a photo of a smoothie prep routine. Fans assumed the picture—which included hemp seeds, raw honey, and mushroom powder—was part of the baby’s diet since there was a baby bottle and blender nearby, though Walker never confirmed that was true.

“Chile I’m praying for summer walker and her baby bc WTF is this shit?????” one user tweeted.

“Someone needs to take that baby away from Summer Walker,” another wrote. “She is literally starving that child and feeding it things that it cannot consume at their age... the baby’s legs are so skinny…”

A few people even joked about calling Child Protective Services.

Though some fans came to Walker’s defense, the new mother wasn’t having it. Responding to all the criticism, she wrote to her Instagram story, “Y’all: ‘POST THE BABY B*tch. WE WANNA SEE!’ Also Y’all: Roasting a baby [whose] face you can’t even see. Make it make sense.”

“In conclusion,” she continues, “[motherf*ckers] is weird and I will never post my baby so stop asking.”
