Canada's top court to decide if B.C. man who allegedly ignored request to wear condom during sex should stand trial

The Supreme Court of Canada is expected to hear arguments Wednesday on whether a B.C. man who allegedly ignored a woman's request to wear a condom during sex should stand trial.
